A flexible approach to any project. We break down the implementation of a project into four phases, with the final objective being the successful delivery of our solution. Depending on your requirements, this process takes about three months. The phasing is outlined below:

1. Open project plan

Tasks, links, technical modifications and other elements are discussed and allocated within the project team. Then the project, approach and time schedule are discussed. Agree? Then we’ll get started!

2. Development phase

A first version of the Drivers App, containing the desired functionalities, will be built by our in-house developers. Eventually, a first version of the personal Drivers App will be tested.

3. Test & fine tuning

Time to test the first version! You provide your feedback and we implement it. Question paths, links and other issues are further fine-tuned.

4. Delivery

The final App version is delivered and you can get fully up and running with your Drivers App. Of course with clear support, now and later.
